Quality Inspection Equipment
High-sensitivity digital 3CCD line sensor detects defective parts of painting and printing.
We adopt lighting that can inspect the material and artwork without problems.
Quality Physical Inspections
Simultaneous inspection of inner and outer surfaces to confirm nonconformity information.
It is also possible to reject defective items and sort them. Detected images can be viewed on the company network. It is also used for analysis of nonconformity, such as creating a distribution of detection information.
